The bot is read-only: it reports numbers, it doesn’t change anything. The one exception is requesting an assistant link.
The WhatsApp bot is available from the Starter plan up. See Plans & AI Credits.
Linking your number
If you skipped the activation step at signup, open WhatsApp in the sidebar and request a pairing code:1
Request the code
A six-digit code appears with a countdown. It’s valid for 10 minutes.
2
Send it from your phone
Send the code to the platform number shown next to it. On a handset there’s a button that opens the chat directly.Arabic keyboards are fine — Arabic-Indic digits (١٢٣) are accepted exactly like Western ones.
3
Linked
The page updates on its own and the bot replies with its button menu.
Why a code and not “we already know your number”
The phone number on your profile is self-entered and never verified. Relying on it alone would mean one mistyped digit at signup could send your attendance and cash figures to someone else. The code proves you own the account; sending it from the handset proves you own the number. What you can ask for
You can tap the buttons, type in Arabic (“النهاردة”, “حضور”), or use the short command (
/today, /attendance).
WhatsApp shows only three buttons per message, so which ones you see changes with what you’re currently reading. Every command stays at most two taps away, and you can always type the command instead.
