Your subscription is monthly, and you manage all of it from Billing → Plans.

The plans

Prices and limits change from time to time. The Plans page in your own account is always the authority.

AI credits

Every AI operation draws on your credit balance: generating exams and assignments, lesson prep, and grading written answers. The Plans page shows what you’ve used this month — exams generated, exams assigned, answers graded — with an estimate of what’s left, plus a full log of every operation and what it cost.

Monthly renewal

Plan credits are reset and re-granted at each renewal — whatever is left over does not roll into the next month.Credits you bought are different: they survive the reset and don’t expire.

When credits run out

Only the AI tools stop. You have two options:
  • Buy a credit pack — added immediately, and not wiped at renewal.
  • Upgrade to a higher plan, if you’re running out every month.
The rest of the platform carries on as normal: attendance, grades, fees, and any exams you’ve already created.
Knowledge-base pages are not credits. The page allowance is a separate standing cap — uploading a book never eats into exam generation, and generating exams never eats into your page allowance.

Upgrading and cancelling

Both are done from the Plans page. Payment goes through Paymob (card or e-wallet).
These are owner-only actions — no assistant can change the subscription or buy credits, whatever their permissions.

Billing vs. student payments

Don’t confuse the two:
  • Plans — what you pay TrackAdemi.
  • Payments — what your students pay you, plus your wallet and payouts.
